In combination with Physiotherapy or Chiropractic it is extremely effective in reducing or eliminating pain.

Shockwave can reduce the need for the use of medication or surgery with long lasting effects.

Pain Relief and Enhanced Healing

Shockwave Therapy is a non invasive and effective treatment for many painful conditions. Shockwave stimulates the regeneration of injured tissues that have not responded to other therapies or traditional modalities or treatments.

Many painful conditions respond well to Shockwave Therapy. Patients typically experience results after 3 - 6 treatments (depending on condition).

How it Works

Shockwave is an acoustic wave which carries high energy to painful spots and myoskeletal tissues with subacute, subchronic and chronic conditions. The energy promotes regeneration and reparative processes of the bones, tendons and other soft tissues.

Treatment

Depending on the condition, a total of 3-6 treatments with 5-10 day intervals is the typical treatment frequency. Treatment results can be evaluated after 3-4 sessions, but additional improvement can be seen within 2 weeks and up to 3 months after treatment is completed.
