Dr. D’Arcy Stonehouse, BKIN, DC

D’Arcy completed a Bachelors degree of Kinesiology at Acadia University and then achieved her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Stonehouse is a professional member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors.

Her athletic background in equestrian, yoga and weight training, combines with her passion for helping her patients achieve their health potential. Her expertise is enhanced by training and certification in pregnancy and pediatrics.

As a volunteer, D’Arcy has contributed her chiropractic services to the special olympics and humanitarian outreach efforts in developing countries.


Dr. Erin Balodis, MSC, ND

Dr. Erin Balodis attended the University of Guelph where she completed both a Bachelor of Science with a major in Bio-medical Science, and a Masters of Science in the Human Health and Nutrition department. She then attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario, one of the only two schools in Canada where Naturopathic medicine is taught. She completed the four year, rigorous program, including a one year internship working at the largest Naturopathic clinic in North America. 

As a general practitioner and with a solid background in functional foods and nutraceuticals, nutrition, using both diet and supplementation, is a major portion of Erin’s treatment plans. She also has a keen interest in Botanical medicine as well as Asian medicine. 


Jillian Cluett, BScKin, MScPT

Jillian Cluett (BScKin, MScPT), graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. Jillian combines the clinical therapeutic benefits of physiotherapy with clinical Stott Pilates, empowering clients to achieve healthy bodies that rebalances quickly and effortlessly from the multiple stressors of everyday life.

Jillian has practiced as an Orthopaedic Physiotherapist in both public and private practice including Acadia University’s Sports Therapy Clinic and Valley Regional Hospital.  With over 7 years of clinical experience, Jillian's treatment philosophy centres on the bodies innate ability to heal itself and her work is focused on finding and treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction. She combines the best of traditional physiotherapy with the principles and techniques of Stott Pilates in order to promote health and wellness through manual therapy, education, and exercise.

Maggie Sparling, MScPT

Maggie Sparling (MPT), graduated in 2013 from Western University with a Masters in Physiotherapy. Maggie takes an active, exercise-based approach to physiotherapy. With four years of experience working as a personal trainer, and over a decade of experience in the strength training world, she integrates her passion for fitness into her practice in a way that is empowering for her clients. With treatment sessions lasting double profession standards, and exclusive one-on-one care, Maggie is able to take a full body, whole person approach to therapy. She believes in addressing posture and mechanics, as well as teaching her clients preventative self-maintenance to create lifelong change.

Maggie believes in the value of physiotherapy not only after injury has occurred, but also as a preventative way to make healthy bodies even more resilient. She uses no passive modalities in her practice, instead focusing on movement, strength, and mobility. Having gained additional certifications in manual therapy, craniosacral therapy and acupuncture, Maggie enjoys integrating different types of manual therapy into her practice.
